Background

For several years, I’ve contributed to building, structuring, and scaling complex initiatives—often starting from situations that were unclear or under-defined.

My work has consistently involved seeing what wasn’t yet fully visible: identifying under-used levers, clarifying positioning, creating coherence where there was fragmentation, and restoring a shared sense of direction within fast-growing projects.

I learned strategy by practicing it—in real-world contexts, under pressure, and without predefined models. This experience sharpened my ability to analyze, structure, and support decision-making, particularly when organizations reach moments of stagnation or transition.

My background in communications, strategic language, and narrative has given me a distinct ability to translate complexity into clarity: finding the right words for what is blocking progress, reframing the real issues at stake, and surfacing concrete paths forward.

Today, I work with leaders and established businesses who sense that something needs to evolve—without always knowing what, or how.
My role is to create the space needed to see differently, decide with precision, and move forward with confidence.
